Please Note: the Divorce Complaint we send for free can not be used to do your own divorce – you will need to pay the $95 fee and get the full Sign & Submit ™ Divorce Forms pack to do that.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will prepare your Divorce Forms and Instructions and send them to you by e-mail and regular postal mail. This is done by hand and reviewed by a licensed North Carolina attorney – not mere computer generated forms as with other services. So it may take up to 24 hours to receive your forms by e-mail.
If you do not receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours, then you most likely made a minor error entering your e-mail address, you may want to verify that your e-mail address is correct or you may want to check your spam / junk folder.
The forms you receive by e-mail can be printed and used immediately. However, one of the forms is required to be printed on pastel yellow / canary paper. If you do not have this color paper or don’t want to go and buy some, you can just wait for your pre-printed forms to arrive by mail.
